View B (left side of pattern cover) is a loose-fitting shirt with a deep front pleat.  Closely fitting neckline with convertible collar can be buttoned or worn open.  Buttons hide under the collar.  Pocket has a diagonal bottom edge.  2-piece sleeve with unusual self-placket and buttoned cuff.
